Shipping rates vary by province and order value. Orders over $29.99 qualify for free shipping in Ontario and Quebec, while orders over $68.99 qualify for free shipping in Western Canada. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote or hard-to-serve postal codes.

Delivery timelines depend on your location and the carrier used for your order. Estimated delivery times are provided in our shipping table above. Delivery timelines may increase by 1–3 days for rural or remote postal codes.

Peak periods, including holidays, as well as weather conditions can also impact delivery times.

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information when tracking is available. You can use this information to follow your order directly through the carrier.

Not necessarily. Depending on product availability, warehouse location, and carrier service, items from the same order may arrive in separate shipments. You may receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return an item within 30 days of the date of purchase. Store-bought items and web orders can be returned to any Ren's Pets location with a receipt.

Returning an item in store? You do not need an RMA. Simply bring the item and your receipt to any Ren's Pets location.

Returning a web order by shipping it back? You will need a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending your return. Call us at 1.519.780.4312 or fill out our contact form with your order number, and we will issue your RMA.

Returns shipped back without a valid RMA will not be processed.

If your order arrives damaged, is missing an item, or contains the wrong product, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible. We’ll help determine the next steps to resolve the issue.

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method. Once a refund has been processed, the time it takes to appear on your statement can vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Eligible online purchases may be returned to a Ren's Pets store. Please bring your order information and the item with you so our team can assist with your return.
