  • Orders containing Grooming Tubs and/or Tables can take up to 2 weeks for delivery.

  • Ren’s Pets only ships within Canada.
  • Not sure if you live in a remote area? Click here for the most up to date list of remote postal codes.
  • Bulk or oversized items may carry an additional charge due to size and weight, and therefore do not qualify for free shipping. For example are grooming arms, tables & tubs, large tubs of cat litter, or super giant pet beds.
  • We are happy to refund or exchange products for you in store. You can return orders in-store with your original receipt, no RMA required. Returned items must be in unused, re-sellable condition and in the original packaging.
  • Web returns being returned to us via mail, if there is nothing wrong with the product, you will be responsible for the return shipping. Returned items must be in unused, re-sellable condition and in the original packaging. If an order is refused upon delivery or failure to pick up your parcel from the post office, you will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.

Click & Collect

  • Available in all Ren’s Pets stores
  • Customers can order online and collect their purchases in store.
  • Orders are ready within approximately two hours

Autoship

  • Subscribe to items online, to be shipped to home at the frequency you select
  • Initial order discounts available up to 20%, plus save 5% every time after that

Returns & Damages

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return an item within 30 days of the date of purchase from both the website and store. Store bought items and web orders can be returned to any Ren's Pets location with a receipt.

For web returns, you can also give us a call at 1.519.780.4312 or fill out our contact form with your order number, and we will issue you a return authorization number (RMA). No returns will be processed without a valid RMA being issued.

  • Returned items must be in unused, re-sellable condition and in the original packaging.
  • Reimbursement will only be applied back to the original method of payment
  • Food and treats must be in their original packaging and contain more than 50% of the initial quantity
  • Raw frozen diets must be returned frozen
  • Boots, clothing and accessories are not worn, used or washed
  • Beds / Crates are not used or washed
  • Clearance items are Final Sale

The following items are returnable only if damaged or defective:

  • Dryer or Clipper repair parts
  • Scissors/Shears
  • Clippers/Trimmers & Clipper Blades
  • Elizabethan Collars
  • Toys are non-returnable unless defective

About Delivered Orders

We understand how frustrating missing or stolen packages can be. Once a carrier confirms that an order has been delivered, we’re unfortunately unable to take responsibility for theft that may occur afterward.
