The safety and well-being of your pet and our team are very important to us.

Please let our team know about any health conditions, sensitivities or previous injuries that may affect your pet's nail trim.

Some pets may feel nervous during nail trimming. Please let our team know if your pet has difficulty having their paws or nails handled.

Pets should arrive safely secured on a leash or in an appropriate carrier and remain under your supervision before and after their appointment.

If your pet has a health condition or you're unsure whether nail trimming is appropriate, please consult your veterinarian before booking.

Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time to help us provide a smooth experience for you, your pet and other guests.

For everyone's safety, Ren's Pets staff may pause or discontinue a nail trim if your pet becomes overly stressed or cannot be safely handled.
