Dog Wash

Thank you for choosing our self-service pet washing station. To ensure a clean, safe, and enjoyable experience for all guests and their pets, please carefully read and acknowledge the following terms:

1. Vaccination Requirement

All dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations to use the Dog Wash. Proof of vaccination is required at the time of booking, and a valid vaccine certificate must be attached to your appointment request. Staff will review and approve appointments based on verification of these records.

2. Pet Owner Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for their pets at all times while using the Dog Wash. Dogs must never be left unattended for any reason. If you need assistance, please notify a staff member rather than leaving your pet alone.

3. Use at Your Own Risk

Use of the Dog Wash facility is entirely at your own risk. Rens Pets assumes no responsibility for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur to pets or owners while using the station.

4. Health & Behaviour Policy

For the health and safety of all guests:
   • Dogs that have been sprayed by a skunk, have fleas, open wounds, or are recovering from illness or surgery are not permitted to use the Dog Wash.
   • Dogs displaying aggressive or unmanageable behavior may be refused service at the discretion of staff.

5. Cleaning & Maintenance

To keep the Dog Wash clean and ready for the next guest:
   • Customers are required to rinse out the tub after use.
   • All used towels must be placed in the designated bins.
   • Any misuse or failure to clean up after use may result in additional charges or refusal of future service.
   • For the safety and comfort of all pets and guests, clippers and trimmers are strictly prohibited in the Dog Wash area at all times. Only the provided bathing and drying equipment may be used. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe, hygienic, and stress-free environment for everyone.

6. Supervision of Children

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times while in the Dog Wash area.

7. Right to Refuse Service

Rens Pets reserves the right to refuse or terminate use of the Dog Wash facility to any customer who fails to comply with these guidelines, or whose pet poses a safety or health concern to others.

By using our Dog Wash station, you agree to these terms and accept full responsibility for your pet and your actions while using the facility.
