How to Price Match

Shopping In-Store?

Simply bring in the advertisement you found and our store staff can assist you with your price match.

Shopping Online?

Send us a message at info@renspets.com with either the online advertisement or in-store flyer. Our Customer Service team will review your request and get back to you.

Qualifications

To qualify, the competitor’s product must:

  1. Be an identical item, including size, weight, colour and brand.
  2. Have verifiable, current pricing in Canadian dollars.
  3. Be in stock at a competitor in Canada.

Prior to matching the competitor’s lower price, Ren’s Pets reserves its right to verify whether the competitor offers a lower price for an identical product at the date of purchase in order to make a fair and just price comparison.

We will also price protect our own sales within 2 weeks of purchase.

Exclusions

Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to competitor close-out, errors or misprints, discontinued, clearance, liquidation, special order, damaged items, delivery, door crashers / limited time sales (including Cyber Monday prices, Black Friday prices, Boxing Day/Week prices, etc.), member-only pricing, employee-only pricing, senior’s discounts, restricted offers, mail order offers, rebates, coupons, premiums, free or bonus offers, or limited or minimum quantity offers.

The offer cannot be combined with any other coupon, voucher or code that is applied to product prices. Price matching does not apply to gift cards.

Online Competitors

Ren’s Pets will price match offers from Canada-only online competitors that can ship to your location.

This excludes third-party marketplace sellers, auction sites and closeout or discount sites.

We will price match items sold by Amazon.ca, but not items sold by a third-party seller on Amazon.ca.

We cannot match discounted or free shipping, including DoorDash.
