Dog Wash Service

Want to give your dog or cat a bath without the mess at home? Our self-service Dog Wash station is the perfect solution! You’ll find everything you need in-store: shampoos, towels, and brushes to pamper your pet. Towels and shampoo are provided, but customers are welcome to bring their own supplies or purchase additional products in store if they prefer.

To use the Dog Wash, simply book by clicking Reserve Now or calling our store to speak to an associate. Membership is free and can be activated in-store or online.

Golden Rules for Using Our Self-Serve Dog Wash

• The safety and well-being of both our employees and your pet are very important to us.
• Pets must never be left unattended in the wash station. An adult must remain with them at all times.
• Some pets may feel nervous or stressed outside of their usual environment. Please monitor your pet closely and discontinue use if they appear overwhelmed.
• If your pet has a health condition or if you’re unsure whether bathing is suitable, please consult your veterinarian before using the Dog Wash.
• Use the equipment and products provided responsibly to ensure a safe and positive experience for you and your pet.
• Ren’s Pets staff may step in to stop the use of the station if your pet’s safety, or the safety of others is at risk.
• For the safety and comfort of all pets and guests, clippers and trimmers are strictly prohibited in the Dog Wash area at all times. Only the provided bathing and drying equipment may be used.
