Whether you're in a hurry, sending the spouse to pick up your fur baby's food, or just want to make sure everything you need is in stock, our Click & Collect service can help! With orders typically ready in two hours, our easy Click & Collect service can help you grab your furry friend's favourite products in a pinch! And best of all, its pawsitively FREE! 

1. Browse www.renspets.com for the products you'd like to pick up in-store. 

2. If required, select the specific size or colour you'd like to pick up in store. 

3. Click the pick up in-store box and select your preferred location. 

4. Complete your order and enter your credit card information to purchase your product. 

5. Our fantastic staff will pick your order, and you'll receive an email once it's ready. 

6. Visit your selected store to pick up your order! ID REQUIRED FOR PICKUP: Please present a valid government-issued photo ID matching the name on the order at the time of pickup.

*Due to the high volume of orders that we receive, certain items are not eligible for Click & Collect during retail sales. We apologize for the inconvenience.

*To remain fair to all customers, Click & Collect orders will be held for 5 days after the order is placed, after which the order will be cancelled. Any cancelled orders will be refunded after the 5 day hold period.
