Returns & Damages
You may return an item within 30 days of the date of purchase from both the website and store. Store bought items and web orders can be returned at any Ren's location with a receipt. For web returns, you can also give us a call at 1.519.780.4312 or fill out our contact form with your order number handy, and we will issue you a return authorization number (RMA). No returns will be processed without a valid RMA being issued.
Can I return clearance items?
No, clearance items are final sale.
Wrong Product or Just Don’t Like it?
No hard feelings! We are happy to refund or exchange products for you. Make sure to contact us for an RMA number, as we cannot process your return without it. Returned items must be in unused, re-sellable condition and in the original packaging. If not, you will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. If there was nothing wrong with the product, you will be responsible for the return shipping.
Damaged or Defective Product?
We are so sorry to hear that your product arrived in this condition! Ren’s will pay for the return shipping on all damaged or defective products. Make sure to contact us for an RMA number, as we cannot process your return without it.
The following items are returnable only if damaged or defective:
- Toys & Treats
- Dryer or Clipper repair parts
- Clippers/Trimmers & Clipper Blades
- Books (unless defective in which case we will replace the returned item with the same title)
