*With regards to processing returns, we will be asking that you DO NOT rush back and return items during this COVID-19 crisis. We will officially extend our return policy until June 1, 2020 for purchases made after March 9, 2020. So if you are self isolating, taking care of your family or are just unable to, please know we understand and this is not the time to worry about returning items.

Most of the products on our site qualify for free shipping. Your order will be sent by our preferred carrier with the standard level of service. To qualify for free shipping, your order must total $49 (ON and QC) or $69 (Outside ON and QC) or above after discounts and before taxes.

Bulk or oversized items carry an additional charge from the shipping companies we utilize, and therefore do not qualify for free shipping. Some examples are grooming arms, tables & tubs, large tubs of cat litter, super giant pet beds and so on. Basically, anything that’s unusually large or dense or that requires special handling due to size. Please note that oversized items are subject to change at any time without notice.

Pet parents across Canada can now shop online at and quickly and easily collect their purchases in-store at any of our locations. Orders are typically ready within two hours and with no extra charge, our Click & Collect service can help keep your pet's tail wagging! Returns & Damages

You may return an item within 30 days of the date of purchase.  Give us a call at (866) 736-7738 or fill out our contact form with your order number handy, and we will issue you a return authorization number (RMA). No returns will be processed without a valid RMA being issued.

Wrong Product or Just Don’t Like it?
No hard feelings! We are happy to refund or exchange products for you. Make sure to contact us for an RMA number, as we cannot process your return without it. Returned items must be in unused, re-sellable condition and in the original packaging. If not, you will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. If there was nothing wrong with the product, you will be responsible for the return shipping. 

Damaged or Defective Product?
We are so sorry to hear that your product arrived in this condition! Ren’s will pay for the return shipping on all damaged or defective products. Make sure to contact us for an RMA number, as we cannot process your return without it.
