Ren’s Pets Opens New Store in Sarnia
[Sarnia, ON, December 5, 2022] – Ren’s Pets opened their 45th location this past weekend in Sarnia, Ontario. The 10,000 sq ft store is located at 1330 Exmouth Street beside Planet Fitness in a growing, busy area of the city. It is the eighth new store in 2022 for the leading Canadian specialty retailer of pet food and supplies.

The new Sarnia store features over 8,000 products with aisles of high-quality dog & cat food, displays of treats & toys, plus a special grooming section. There are also 16 doors or 32’ of large walk-in freezers for raw & frozen pet food. Customers can shop in store, order online for pick up at store, use local same day delivery powered by DoorDash, or have their purchases shipped to home.
“Sarnia is my former hometown and I was so proud of Ren’s on Saturday,” shares Larissa Wasyliw, VP of Ecommerce & Marketing at Ren’s Pets. “We were thankful to have the support of the mayor and council, who came out to cut the ribbon with us to officially open the store. The local radio station was there live, along with a pet photographer taking Christmas pet photos and a bark-tender serving up free dog treats. I talked to many pet parents that were impressed with our selection of premium pet food and supplies, in particular the large assortment of raw food to feed their pets plus the warm winter dog coats.”
“We’ve also gotten to know the Sarnia District Humane Society to offer our support with animal adoption, and participated in the Celebration of Lights opening,” continues Wasyliw. “There are already hundreds of people who have joined our Ren’s Rewards loyalty program too.
