Ren’s Pets Opens Second Store in Oakville, Ontario
[Oakville, ON, June 19, 2023] – Ren’s Pets recently celebrated the opening of their latest retail store in Oakville, Ontario. It is the second location in the city for the Canadian specialty pet retailer, whose original flagship store is also in Oakville on the other side of the fast-growing city. The new 6858 sq ft store is located at 270 North Service Road West by Metro and Tim Horton’s. It is the company’s 51st location, and sixth new store opening this year.
“This is a real coming home story for us at Ren’s,” said Scott Arsenault, CEO at Ren’s Pets. “Our founders, Ren and Sharon, opened the first Ren’s store in Oakville forty-eight years ago as a farm & feed store out on Trafalgar. The Oakville store features over 8,000 products with aisles of high-quality dog & cat food, displays of treats & toys, plus a special grooming section. There is 32’ of large walk-in freezers for raw & frozen pet food. Customers can shop in store, order online for pick up at store, use same-day delivery powered by DoorDash, or ship to home. Customers can also find Ren’s Oakville on the Flashfood app.
