Ren’s Pets Announces Two New Stores in Markham and Oshawa This Fall
[Guelph, ON, May 24, 2023] – Ren’s Pets, a leading Canadian specialty retailer of pet food and supplies, is continuing their fast-paced growth and opening two new stores this fall in Markham, Ontario and Oshawa, Ontario. Ren’s will open a total of twelve new stores in 2023, bringing the total store count to 57 for the pet retail chain by the end of the year.

Each of the new stores will feature over 8,000 products with aisles of high-quality dog & cat food, displays of treats & toys, plus a special grooming section. There will also be 16 doors or 32’ of large walk-in freezers for raw & frozen pet food at each location. Customers can shop in store, order online for pick up at store, use local same day delivery powered by DoorDash, or have their purchases shipped to home. Ren’s is also available on the Flashfood app, for pet food & treat deals in a flash on close to best-before date items.
The Markham, Ontario store will be located at 3075 Hwy 7 in the SmartCentre plaza. It will be 7100 sq ft in size and is scheduled to open at the beginning of October.
The Oshawa, Ontario store will be located at 560 Laval Drive by Walmart. It will be 7956 sq ft in size and is scheduled to open at the end of October.
