How do I qualify for VIP?

You qualify when you spend $1,000* within a calendar year (*before tax). If you spent $1,000 in 2021 you have already been added to our VIP list. Ex: If you have spent a total of $1,000 between January 1 - March 15, 2021, on April 1, 2021, you will be a VIP member for the remainder of 2021 as well as all of 2022

How will I know when I have become a VIP?

Make sure you are signed up to receive our emails! You will be added to our VIP status once you have spent $1,000* in 2021, and we will let you know via email the following month! (*Spent before taxes)

Once I reach the VIP level, how do I stay a VIP?

If you spend a $1,000 within a calendar year, you will stay at the VIP level until the end of the following calendar year.

When are the points events?

Points event information and dates will be emailed to subscribers the week before the event. Stay tuned to your email. 

If I return an item, is that amount deducted from my total dollars spent?

Yes, the dollar amount of any returns are deducted from your total dollars spent.  

If I pay for my purchase using a gift card, does that count towards my total dollars spent?

Yes! 

If purchase a gift card, does that count towards my total dollars spent?

No, gift card purchases are excluded from your total dollars spent.

How will I receive the Free Treat of the Month and the Free Christmas gift?

We will email you a voucher to redeem online or in-store when you shop. Make sure you have signed up to receive our promotional emails. 

When will I receive my Free Treat of the Month?

You will be eligible to receive one free treat 4 times per year. We will email a voucher you on the first day of the selected month and the voucher will be valid until the last day of that month. 

When will I receive my Christmas gift voucher?

Christmas gift vouchers will be emailed on December 1st and will be valid until December 31st.  

How do I earn double the points?

Double Points will be added the following business day after the event.

*Some exclusions may apply. Please ensure you are checking our emails to find out when these events will happen! 

When are points added to my account?

Points are added the first business day of each month.

How do I get a free birthday treat for my pet?

Log in to your rewards account https://www.renspets.com/users/account and go to "Pets."

Add your pet and include their name, pet type and birthday/adoption day. (Please note only Dogs and Cats qualify for a free birthday treat. Maximum 2 pets will be qualified for a free birthday treat each year)

You will then receive an email for a free cat or dog birthday treat voucher on your pet's birthday/adoption day that you entered. *Make sure you have signed up to receive our promotional emails!*

 How long will my free birthday treat email voucher last?

The Free Birthday Treat email voucher will last 30 days once you open your email.

 How many Free Birthday Treat vouchers can I get?

Only two pets will qualify for a free birthday treat each year (Cat & Dog only).

 What if I have more than two pets?

Right now, we are only able to offer 2 free birthday treats a year for each member.

 What if I have pet birthdays for pets that are NOT cat or dog?

We only offer free birthday treats for cats and dogs at this time. Please message our Customer Service Representatives for any questions or concerns email info@renspets.com or call 519-780-4312.

Is there an alternative for dogs allergic to grain?

We currently only offer the Bosco & Roxy Happy Birthday Bones for dogs as a free birthday treat. Please message our Customer Service Representatives for any questions or concerns.

What if my pet's birthday has already passed this year? Please email info@renspets.com or call our customer service line at 519-780-4312 to speak to our Customer Service Representatives

How do I know how much I have spent this year?

Please email info@renspets.com or call our customer service line at 519-780-4312 and one of our CSRs will help you with that information.
