Some cats are fussy and may refuse to eat their food. The texture and smell of a cat's food are what trigger appetite. If a cat refuses to eat his food he won't receive all the nutrients he needs. A proper diet is important to ensure fussy cats get the proper nutrients they need for a healthy life. Cats choose their food based on its smell and texture, not its taste. SPECIAL 33TM's three distinct kibble shapes are formulated with highly palatable, exclusive aromas designed to stimulate the appetite of even the fussiest cat so that he gets all the nutrients he needs to stay at peak health. It's difficult for finicky cats to get the nutrients they need from their food. SPECIAL 33TM is a low starch diet made with highly digestible carbohydrates and proteins (like brown rice, wheat gluten, chicken meal and dried egg powder) and high quality fibres (from beet pulp), all of which help to promote healthy digestion to ensure fussy cats get the nutrients they need. Strong stool odour can be very unpleasant. Highly digestible proteins (or LIP) like wheat gluten (99% digestible), prebiotics like FOS (fructo-oligosaccharides) and water absorbing ingredients like zeolite work to reduce a cat's stool odour.
