Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Ren's Pets Depot accepts VISA or MASTERCARD for all orders.  We also accept COD for orders under $150 (no cheques, cash or money order only).  Note: COD orders are subject to a $15 service charge.
If you are mailing in your payment only certified cheques or money orders will be accepted.  If you must send a regular cheque it will be held for 15 business days before processing and shipping the order.

Q: What shipping options are available?
A: We offer several shipping options from Canada Post to express or local couriers. The details of your order may limit your shipping choices.

Q: How secure is my online order?
A: Yes, our site uses the latest in online security. 256-bit SSL encryption by GeoTrust.

Q: How quickly should I expect a response to my online order?
A: You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. Most e-mail receipts are received within fifteen minutes. If you do not immediately receive your receipt, please allow up to twenty-four hours for it to be delivered before contacting us. If you have not received your receipt, please also check your SPAM folder, as it may have been automatically stopped and moved into your SPAM or Junk Mail folder instead of being sent to your inbox.
